Testimonials

Nandita humbly volunteered her time and expertise to run several classes for our Wellness Programme during the first year of launching our business. Oru Space is a Cafe, Co-Working space and Wellness studio in which Nandita brought her passion and creativity to our members and community through her Welcome Movement classes and also performed at our community cookup which was a great success. She brought a great energy and fresh approach to movement & wellbeing. All that participated loved her classes, including myself and she was able to assist in building that community feel we are striving for even through the use of virtual sessions.

We are a restaurant group with 600 employees, many of whom are on their feet for extremely long hours, and some who are stuck behind a desk. The Welcome Movement sessions that Nandita has created are so well adapted for both scenarios. She is extremely engaging and has an incredibly calm nature which immediately puts you at ease. We are definitely going to be continuing to offer these sessions to all of our staff as part of our Wellbeing Programme.

Nandita facilitated a deeply informative and enjoyable session for us, we learned how to proactively maintain good posture. I found her balanced approach combining a clear depth of expertise alongside a gentle and inclusive style powerful, as she took into account the different needs of every individual in the group. The exercises and tips from the session are easy and practical to maintain and put into practice on a regular basis. Highly recommend working with Nandita, so everyone understands the importance of adjusting our WFH set-up to avoid long-term harm to our bodies.
